Testimonial
"It's a bit ugly, but it certainly does the work.  After 5,000 running hours my original TC1235C still works hard 10 -11 hours a day, every day. We've had no real problems, we just check the oil, fire her up and away we go."

Designed to Keep Working in  Tough Australasian Conditions

The TC1235C was the first mobile cone crusher designed specifically to work in the most extreme Australasian conditions and remote locations. Designed for easy maintenance and service in remote areas the majority of TC1235C operators perform the standard maintenance programmes themselves.

Biggest Capacity in Class

The TC1235C has the largest feed opening in its class and can process material up to 350mm in diameter, with a minimum closed side setting of 10mm.

Entire Crushing Chamber Is Used

The TC1235C cone crusher uses a top and bottom bearing crusher design. This enables crushing to take place much higher in the crushing chamber which in turn allows consistent shape, ratio and throughput. Wear on all the consumable parts of the crushing chamber are a lot more even, this not only increases the longevity and expected life span of components but also has a substantial impact on the TC1235C's maintenance schedule.

Direct Drive Crushing Cone Is 15% to 30% More Effective than Hydraulic Option

Our tried and proven crusher direct drive system has low power loss compared to alternative methods. We implement this in all our mobile cone crusher designs so we can confidently guarantee the effectiveness and efficiently of all our cone crushers.

Single Truck Transportation and Easy Assembly/Breakdown

The TC1235C can be easily transported on a single truck and trailer unit. The main discharge conveyor hydraulically folds and the feed conveyor pivots down to be below legal transport height requirements. The TC1235C can be operational almost immediately after arrival; the maximum setup time is 30 minutes, guaranteed.

Proven Cycle of Innovation

Like all of our mobile cone crushers, the TC1235C follows our 'cycle of innovation'.  We actively encourage open communication with every TC1235C owner and operator. This rigorous consultative process helps us recognise any possible developments that will improve the design, the equipments productivity or profitability. Our ongoing 'cycle of innovation'  ensures the TC1235C is constantly setting new industry standards.
