The TC1550C has been designed specifically to operate in the harsh operating environments of Australia & New Zealand. Additional cooling capacity ensures optimum operating temperatures are adhered to. Industry safety standards including AS1657 and AS1755 have been met to ensure the highest levels of operational safety can be maintained.

Quick Assembly/Breakdown Locking System
As one of the larger mobile cone crushers on the market, rapid breakdown and assembly is an integral part of the TC1550C design. The feed conveyor has been purposely designed to enable quick removal with the main discharge conveyor featuring hydraulic folding for ease during transportation. Large service platform allows the crusher to be removed safely and efficiently onto dedicated transport frames.

The TC1550C has the largest feed opening in its class. The 400mm feed opening is nearly double that of its closest competitor, giving operators greater capability to crush larger rocks in higher volume.

Entire Crushing Chamber Is Used
  The TC1550C cone crusher uses a top and bottom bearing crusher design. This enables crushing to take place much higher in the crushing chamber which allows for greater consistency in shape, ratio and throughput. Wear on all the consumable parts of the crushing chamber are a lot more even, this not only increases the longevity and expected life span of components but also has a substantial impact on the TC1550C's maintenance schedule.

Safely Monitor The Crushing Cone In Operation
A large service platform with access to the hopper viewing platform provides a visual insight to the TC1550C crushing chamber. Service points are easily accessed from the AS1657 Standard compliant platforms and stairways. In the event of an emergency, emergency stops are located at ground, platform and hopper levels.
