Additional cooling capacity ensures optimum operating temperatures are adhered too. 			Dedicated technology adds safety & reduces downtime
			The TC1885C has a fully integrated electronic control system to communicate with other machinery in the crushing circuit. An ultrasonic transducer controlling product feed to the crusher together with a radio controlled slewing discharge conveyor increases stockpile ability and minimises the risk of costly and time consuming dig-outs.

			Quick Assembly/Breakdown Locking System
			It may be the world’s largest mobile cone crusher but we have ensured minimum downtime for transportation and setup. Conveyors have been purposely designed to enable quick removal for transportation. A large service platform allows the cone crusher to be removed safely and efficiently onto dedicated transport frames.

			Entire Crushing Chamber Is Used
			The TC1885C cone crusher uses a top and bottom bearing crusher design. This enables crushing to take place much higher in the crushing chamber which allows for greater consistency in shape, ratio and throughput. Wear on all the consumable parts of the crushing chamber are also a lot more even, this not only increases the longevity and expected life span of components but also has a substantial effect on the TC1885C's maintenance schedule.

			Direct Drive Crushing Cone Is 15% to 30% More Effective Than Hydraulic Option
			Our tried and proven crusher direct drive system has minimal power loss compared to alternative methods. We implement this in all our mobile cone crusher designs so we can confidently guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency of all our cone crushers.

			Safely Monitor The Crushing Cone In Operation
			A large service platform with access to the hopper viewing platform provides a visual insight to the TC1885C cone crushing chamber. Service points are easily accessed from the AS1657 Standard compliant platforms and stairways. In the event of an emergency, emergency stops are located at ground, platform and hopper levels.
