Why the Cougar 1010 Horizontal Shaft Impactor?
The Cougar 1010 Horizontal Shaft Impactor is manufactured to cope with the harsh working environment of Australasia. The 3 bar rotor design with large feed and discharge openings, the 1010 can be incorporated as part of a static installation or can be mounted on a tracked chassis as a mobile plant.

Large Feed & Discharge Openings
1050mm x 900mm feed opening for accommodating feed from conveyors, screens or a feeder. Discharge opening enables easy chute attachment and/or transfer to discharge conveyor.  
   

Easy Maintenance With Bolted Linings
All liner plates bolted, hydraulically opening upper section for easy access, convenient access door and hatches for service work. 
   

3 Bar Rotor Design
Increases throughput (150-200 tph), 4 Turn blow bars for multiple wear surfaces on the same part, high inertia, high strength, locking pins for safety while servicing rotor.
   

Rugged Design & Construction
Manufactured to suit Australasian conditions, high strength wear liners, welded frame structure, durable rotor shaft bearings.
